My
clients, who've given me their trust by engaging in a relationship with
me, are extraordinarily important to me, and, as such, are entered into my
Client Appreciation Program.
The Program is a fun & valuable
way for me to enrich and add value to their lives.
My Client Appreciation Program consists of the following 14 items: 1. Day of Loan Application
2. Immediately After Application Client is mailed the Ultimate Scenario Letter, which restates the clients wishes, my consultation with them and our agreed upon course of action.
3. During Process Client receives several calls weekly, regarding our progress & necessary documentation. Client also receives my Popcorn Letter, which lightens the tone of the home buying process by giving them a gift certificate to Hollywood Video to rent a video & buy some popcorn.
4. At Final Document Signing I attend all my client's final document signings, to make sure everything goes smoothly, and to deal with any issues that could possibly arise at the signing table.
5. 10 Days After Close Clients are mailed pre-printed new address labels.
6. 11 - 30 Days After Close Clients are mailed a Free Roundtable Pizza Dinner Gift Certificate.
7. 31 45 Days After Close I call my clients, to make sure all is well with their mortgage, that theyve received their payment booklets & know where to send their payments.
8. 46 60 Days After Close - As a token of our appreciation, Client is mailed a gift certificate for a 3 Day/2 Night Vacation in 1 of 20 locations of their choice in the United States or Mexico (to see gift certificate, click Here)!

60 - 90 Days After Close
If client has indicated a need for Financial Planning, I will offer my
client a free preliminary consultation with a Financial Planner, to talk
about retirement & future financial plans.

Every Week - Client receives a copy of my FREE e-mail
newsletter, detailing such topics as real estate, financial planning,
insurance strategies, income tax reduction strategies, estate planning and
wills & trusts (Click
Here to see a recent copy of my e-mail newsletter). 11. Every Quarter - Client receives an e-mailed rate watch report, detailing how much monthly savings they would receive if they refinanced at todays current rates (Click Here to see a copy of a rate watch report; requires Adobe Reader).
Also,
Client receives a letter, to keep in touch, and making sure the client
understands that I'm here to help, should they have any mortgage needs or
Preferred Partner referral needs. 12.
Every 6 months - Client receives a personal call from
me, to find out if they have any questions or concerns regarding any
mortgage and/or financial issues, and to remind them of the services I and
my Preferred Partners offer. 13.
Every Birthday & Holiday - Client receives a
personalized e-mail card from me.
14. End of Mortgage Financing Year - Client receives an additional copy of their closing statement for that year's mortgage financing transaction, to make sure they have these documents for tax deduction purposes (Click Here to see a copy of the letter they receive; requires Adobe Reader). |
