a Mortgage Consultant with Towne Mortgage, I provide real estate financing
solutions for those individuals who are looking to purchase, sell or
refinance real property. My
goal is to become a truly trusted financial advisor to my clients, FOR
LIFE. I
earn this privilege in 2 macro steps: 1)
Through the interview process, I analyze my client’s current
financial situation (where they are now), and establish
their priorities, regarding their financial wishes (where they want to
be). We establish a long term
financial plan, with real estate as a major investment vehicle. I
then match their current financial situation & future financial goals
with a mortgage solution that is tailor made to accomplish their wishes
(to get them on the road to where they want to be). 2) Once escrow closes, my job truly begins. Through consistent application of my database & Client Appreciation Program, I stay in touch with my clients on a regular basis, advising them on how to best maximize their rate of return on their real estate investment, and to help them accomplish new real estate related financing goals. In the long term, I provide them with a “one stop shop” for current market trends & information, and professional service referrals. In conclusion, I earn the privilege of becoming a trusted financial advisor to my clients by providing them with so much value that they consider me to be an integral part of their lives. At this point, they have become clients not just for one transaction, but clients FOR LIFE.
